The Service

Mero is a directory that helps customers discover service providers in Jordan and contact them. Mero is not a party to any agreement between customers and providers and does not itself perform the services listed.

Accounts

• You sign in using your phone number via a WhatsApp one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone secure.
• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Provider listings and content

• Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, service areas, and gallery content, and for the services they deliver.
• You may not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or offensive.
• You grant Mero a license to display the content you submit (such as listings, photos, and reviews) within the Service.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove reviews or content that violate these terms or our trust-and-safety standards.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Mero does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers, and does not endorse any provider. Any engagement you make with a provider is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mero is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of customers or providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
